Skeena Industrial Development Park

The Skeena Industrial Development Park is open for investment!
The Park is a joint venture between Kitselas First Nation and the City of Terrace. Kitselas Development Corporation owns 172 acres of the 2,400-acre site, which is located near the Northwest Regional Airport, along Highway 37, between Terrace and Kitimat.
The site is alluvial gravel, with excellent drainage and seismic stability, ideal for a broad range of industrial development.
